Opting for a natural look, the 18-year-old went makeup-free, shielding her eyes with large tortoiseshell aviator sunglasses. While chatting on her phone, she accessorized with a chic black clutch bag and layered chain necklaces. Despite her blonde hair being slightly tousled by the wind, Chloe still managed to look effortlessly stylish.
