In another scene, Wonder Woman manages to capture Maxwell Lord (played by Pedro Pascal) with the help of her trusty Lasso while surrounded by puzzled US government officials.

It’s intriguing to see the evolution of Barbara into Cheetah, especially since the trailer back in December depicted her as an archaeologist and heiress who starts off as a nerdy friend to Diana but eventually desires to become her.
